Quilt Along Wednesday's with Leah Day

This week, we were to take a stippling design and add a shape. I got mine started............not finished!

Sorry for the crappy IPhone photos!I really should have gotten started on this sooner, but the dread of cleaning up my sewing room slowed me down on all projects.

I wanted to do a flower, and with no plan at all, it just kinda ended up looking like a dogwood bloom:) I couldn't be any happier about that, since it's one of my favorites;)

The hour is late, and I'm off to bed. It's been a long crazy day, and there's nothing really different(for me) about that!Night!

    Love your FMQ design. This flower is my favorite one. I have doodle these for years before even getting into sewing/quilting. Love it!

      It slows down the quilting quite a bit to add the flowers, but on the right quilt, it would be worth it!

    Great idea! I miss seeing dogwoods in SC as they aren't very common in Switzerland. :-) Bookmarked for a later project!
